• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service

• Take responsibility for how you use the AI-generated replies

5. AI-Generated Content

The replies generated by SendThis are AI-created suggestions. We do not guarantee their accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. SendThis is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the suggested replies.

6. Privacy and Data

We do not store your screenshots or conversation data. All processing is done in real-time and data is immediately discarded after generating replies. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

We strive to keep SendThis available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

SendThis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: unsuccessful conversations, misunderstandings, or any other consequences of using AI-generated replies.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
