At SendThis, we take your privacy seriously. We believe that the conversations you need help with are personal, and we've built our service to respect that.

What We DO NOT Store

• We do not store or save the screenshots you upload
• We do not store the conversation text extracted from your screenshots
• We do not store the AI-generated replies
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing

How We Process Your Data

When you upload a screenshot:

1. Your image is temporarily processed in memory by our AI service (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude)
2. The AI analyzes the conversation and generates reply suggestions
3. The replies are sent back to your browser
4. The screenshot and conversation data are immediately deleted from our servers

Everything happens instantly and nothing is permanently stored.

What We Do Collect

To provide and improve our service, we collect minimal data:

• Usage tracking: We track how many screenshots you've uploaded per day using your browser's local storage (stored on your device, not our servers)
• Basic analytics: We may use standard web analytics (like page views) to understand how people use SendThis
• Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information

AI Processing

We use third-party AI services, including Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini), to analyze uploaded conversation screenshots and generate reply suggestions. When you upload a screenshot, it is sent to these AI services for processing. Screenshots are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently by SendThis or our AI providers. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to track your daily usage (to enforce the 3 free screenshots per day limit). This data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Your Rights
